We received more than seventy submissions in response to our call for E-Projects.

They came from both graduate students and undergraduates, and from students in more than a dozen different departments or programs.

The projects ranged from e-portfolios of digitally manipulated images to elaborate hypertexts, from video blogs to personal websites, from artist books partially generated by digital technology to iMovie multimedia presentations.  

The judges (faculty from several different VCU departments) will now have the difficult job of determining the five “top in show” projects.

They will be presented by their creators (each of whom will receive a $500 honorarium) at a special celebration on Wednesday, March 21 at 7:30 PM in the VCU Student Commons Theater.

Several Honorable Mention projects will also be presented.

A reception will follow.
