Creating & Consuming Culture in the Digital Age An NEH Year Program funded by the VCU Honors College Virginia Commonwealth University's Honors College annually sponsors a series of events focused on a single theme, using funds initially provided by the National Endowment for the Humanities. The 2006-07 NEH Year is sponsored by the VCU Department of English in collaboration with the School of Mass Communications and the School of the Arts. It is organized around the theme "Humanities for the 21st Century: Creating and Consuming Culture in the Digital Age." Spring Events Note: The Jimmy Wales event on April 11 will begin at 4 PM not 5 PM as previously announced. The event is free, but seating is limited. |
